How do I place a catalogue order?
Choose a published product, add the required quantity to your cart and complete checkout. Availability is checked against the configured fulfilment branch.
How do custom cake requests work?
Submit the custom-order form with the event date, size, design direction, flavour and other requirements. The bakery reviews the brief before confirming production and final pricing.
Can I choose pickup or delivery?
Where enabled, checkout allows pickup or delivery. Delivery charges and coverage are confirmed according to the settings maintained by Krave.
How do I track my order?
Website orders receive a private tracking link. Keep that link because it is used instead of a publicly guessable order number.
