When you place an order, submit a custom cake request, contact the bakery or subscribe to updates, we collect the information needed to respond, fulfil the request and maintain appropriate business records. This can include your name, phone number, email address, order details, delivery information and payment status.
How information is used
Order and payment information is used for fulfilment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and operational reporting. Marketing communication is kept separate from transactional order communication and should only be sent according to the consent settings maintained by Krave.
