Catalogue orders are subject to product availability and the fulfilment information confirmed by Krave. Custom cake requests are enquiries until the bakery confirms the design, production availability, price, payment requirements and fulfilment details.
Custom cakes
Customers should provide accurate dates, inscriptions, colours, serving needs and design references. Material changes requested after confirmation may affect price, production feasibility or delivery timing.
Payments
Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed through the configured payment provider. A payment record does not override the agreed order specification or fulfilment conditions.
Collection and delivery
Customers should collect orders at the agreed time or provide accurate delivery information. Responsibility for safe storage and transport after handover depends on the agreed fulfilment arrangement.

Krave should review these terms against its actual refund, cancellation, allergen, delivery and payment policies before publishing them.
