Choose the catalogue for a published product
If the size, design and product shown in the shop match what you need, use the normal cart and checkout process. The website checks publication status, price and branch availability against the POS.
Choose custom order for a tailored brief
Use the custom form when you need a particular design, event date, size, inscription, colour direction, flavour combination or other production requirement.
Why the two paths are separate
A catalogue product can be ordered with a known price and current availability. A bespoke cake often needs a production review before the bakery can confirm feasibility and final pricing.
